Compensation:
o
Bonuses up to $2,250 per customer (Private, Instrument, Multi &
Commercial combined) for new-student enrollment, student
performance, successful completion rate and/or sales referrals
o
Earn up to $30.50/hr escalating-compensation program based on hours
flown (Hourly average of $21.75 in only 20hrs/week before bonuses!)
o
Additional hourly-bonus incentives for certain types of training
o
Bonuses for student enrollment, performance and successful
completion
o
Increased base-pay based on seniority at approximately 180-days and
hire-date anniversary

Sawyer Aviation
Certified Flight Instructor duties:
o
Provide complete flight training and one-on-one ground instruction
to customers of all levels utilizing company syllabus and
computerized-student-tracking system; and any other necessary tasks
to ensure customers successfully complete their training and obtain
rating sought.
o
Conduct aircraft checkouts
o
Provide commercial-pilot services to aircraft owners as needed
o
Conduct introductory flights
o
Provide school/facility tours to prospective customers
o
Attend Sawyer Aviation promotional events (local & on-site)
o
Attend regular staff-meetings
o
Sawyer Aviation will provide initial and recurring training to
orient new team members and help them be successful on an ongoing
basis
o
Sawyer Aviation instructors may have opportunities to, based on
availability, shadow senior-instructors for additional training
development

Flight-Instructor-Candidate Requirements
o
Minimum Requirements:
§
Must be rated as a CFI, CFII, and MEI or scheduled
to complete all requirements within the first two (2) months.
§
Must have a valid second-class medical
§
Graduate of a four-year college or have previously
served in active military service with honorable discharge
§
All applicants must be
U.S. Citizens or
U.S. Permanent Residents (i.e. 'Green Card Holders')
o
Well-qualified candidates will have the following

Have successfully graduated one or more private-pilot candidate
